06 STRONG, DURABLE, AND RECYCLABLE

Hurdle Hanger is made of Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS), an easily recyclable high-quality thermoplastic with increased strength, rigidity, toughness, and temperature & chemical resistance. Because of these properties, ABS is widely used for making all sorts of household and consumer goods, ranging from protective headgear to Lego bricks. It won’t break unless you intentionally attempt to do so by applying excessive force.

Unlike single-use plastics, ABS is an engineering plastic that is considered to be essential for sustainable development in a modern world.

ABS's light-weight and ability to be injection-molded and extruded make it useful in manufacturing products, such as drain-waste-vent (DWV) pipe systems in plumbing, musical instruments (recorders, plastic clarinets, and piano movements), golf club heads (because of its good shock absorbance), automotive trim components, automotive bumper bars, medical devices for blood access, enclosures for electrical and electronic assemblies, protective headgear, whitewater canoes, buffer-edging for furniture and joinery panels, luggage and protective carrying cases, small kitchen appliances, and toys, including Lego and Kre-O bricks. Household and consumer goods are the major applications of ABS. Moreover, ABS is easily recyclable, as it liquefies in high temperatures and subsequently can be molded into different shapes / forms.

TOPS 

•  Step 1: Slide in the rounded tip of the hanger all the way along the neckline.
•  Step 2: Slide in the opposite tip along the neckline in the opposite direction.

INSERT METHOD 1

•  Step 1: Insert the rounded tip in the right-side belt loop of your pants.
•  Step 2: Rest the belt loop on the groove of the rounded tip.
•  Step 3: Insert the left-side belt loop of your pants on the c-type hook.

INSERT METHOD 2

•  Step 1: Fold your pants in half, so the belt loops on both ends meet.
•  Step 2: Insert the rounded tip in both belt loops. Rest them on the groove of the rounded tip.
•  Step 3: Insert the c-type hook in the center belt loop.

FOLD & HANG

•  Step 1: Fold your clothes in half.
•  Step 2: Slide your clothes all the way in the hanger.

C-TYPE HOOK

• Hang your belts, clothing accessories, and even extra clothes on the c-type hook.

 How the Project Began 

We created Hurdle Hanger with one goal in mind: to help you organize clothes quickly and easily. It may seem trivial, but it really is a daunting task, especially since different clothes require different types of hangers. Like any other chore, it’s something you want to get over with quickly. We know what that’s like, and we believe Hurdle Hanger is the perfect tool to help you out.

After countless revisions in design and numerous product tests, we are proud to say that we have come up with the “one hanger to hang them all” (a little corny, I know). All we need is your support to put Hurdle Hanger into production, and we cannot wait for all of you to use it at home!

Meet Collabo Space

In December 2018, we launched Hurdle Hanger for Pants on Kickstarter and successfully distributed it to over 58 countries. This would not have been possible without your awesome support, and we can’t thank you enough for believing in us and our product.

Since then, we have built a small but close-knit team of innovators and have worked passionately on Hurdle Hanger as our sophomore project. We are incredibly proud of the outcome and are confident that you’ll love it as much as we do. If Hurdle Hanger is successfully funded at the $5,000 level, it will give us enough leverage to release it to the world.
