The concept behind the design was to produce a small connector that will fit and look sharp in your device. The final design was reached after many trials and prototypes.

The magnet integration was the most challenging area of design. The desired result was achieved by the use of powerful neodymium magnets. Each connector has two (2) magnets of opposite polarity, with the Connector and the Adaptor having opposite arrangement of polarity. This ensures that they cannot be wrongly connected, protecting the device that you are connecting with the LEXES Snap Connector.

The direct current (DC) is transferred by one (1) copper tip on the inside area and four (4) copper tips on the outside area. In this way the DC transfer capability is increased.

The Connector and Adapter fit inside each other. This makes an optimal link and ensures a solid connection, concealing the magnets and copper tips inside both parts.
