Well, definitely sounds like a good deal for crowdfunders[/caption] The Chicago located growing television network Vibrant TV offers the public an opportunity to get their hands on some equity in it, through a crowdfunding campaign on StartEngine. The television network, which seeks to raise $1 million, has recently signed significant distribution partnerships with such major media companies as Sling TV, Roku TV, and Amazon Fire TV, as well as Smart TV providers like Sony Opera, Tivo, and Samsung Blue Ray players, among several others. Vibrant, which focuses on internationally-produced programs, asks for a minimum investment of $125, at a unit price of $1.25 (100 units). The pre-money valuation of the company is $6 million. Some of the perks offered to investors are the kind only a TV network could hand: the basic one, for a $150, is a one-year free subscription to Vibrant TV. For a $1,000, Vibrant TV will air a video of you in a montage with all other investors at this level. At $2,500, backers can get Sponsorship credit (i.e. "this show is brought to you by...”) for their business for one month. And at $5,000 Vibrant will create a 30 seconds commercial for your business to air for one month. The target closing date is on or before August 31, 2017.
