Q: Is there a delay in wireless transmission, which cause the video and sound screens cannot be synchronized?

A: Low latency, the play of 1080P video is quite smooth.

Q: What is the maximum transmission distance?

A: 10M transmission distance.

Q: How can we operate the product normally?

A: 1) Make sure the connection is intact.
             2) Use standard HDMI / VGA cable.
             3) Automatic screen projection will take about 10S. Please wait patiently.

4) Mobile phones and computers with USB-C port support video output.
             5) Please make sure the correct input source is selected for the HDMI / VGA monitor.

6) White indicator light is on.
             7) If there are any problems with the above points, please re-pair and then use.

Q: Does the product need complicated settings and how to use them in pairs?

A: The setting process is very simple, the specific operation is as follows:
             1) After the receiver is powered, press and hold 5S to enter pairing mode, the screen display switches to waiting for pairing.

2) After the transmitter is inserted into the device 20S, press and hold 5S to enter the pairing mode。
             3) The receiver and the transmitter enter the pairing mode at the same time, and will automatically match. The matching time is about 5-15S.

4) After the pairing is successful, the screen automatically switches to the normal projection mode.

Q: Why is there no audio output from HDMI?

A: 1) Make sure your monitor has sound output function.

2) Set your external display as a sound output device.
